Using MyPhsar
By creating an account or placing an order on MyPhsar you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's permission, to buy on the platform.
Orders and sellers
Products are listed and shipped by independent sellers. When you place an order, a contract is formed between you and the seller of each item. MyPhsar facilitates the order, payment and dispute process.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars; a Khmer riel amount is displayed for reference only. Payments are processed by our licensed partners (Bakong KHQR, ABA PayWay, card networks) or paid in cash on delivery.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel an order before the seller confirms it. Returns and refunds follow each seller's policy and Cambodian consumer protection law. Contact us if a seller does not respond.
Accounts
Keep your password and SMS codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of MyPhsar after an update means you accept the new terms.
