How do I place an order?

Add what you want to the cart, then check out. You will need a phone number so we can reach you about delivery.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery, or online with ABA Pay, KHQR or a card. Online payments are confirmed before the seller packs your order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the seller and your city. You can follow the order from your account at any time.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, while it is still being prepared. Open the order in your account and choose cancel. Once it is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled.

Who do I contact about a problem?

Start with the shop, whose details are on the product page. If that does not resolve it, contact MyPhsar support.

How do I sell on MyPhsar?

Contact us to open a shop. Once approved you get a merchant account to manage your products and orders.
